	A response by one of our staff within 24 hours of their initial enquiry.
	An initial project proposal within a mutually agreed time scale.
	To be included in a customer care programme.
	To receive a 5-year product warranty.
	To receive a 20-year structural warranty.
	The building to have BBA certification.

Our Customer Care Programme Includes:

	A customer service interview after the building has been placed.
	Regular communication at predefined intervals.
	Access to our after sales team for any service issues or to discuss further development of your building needs.
